What a Full Kitchen Remodel With King of Quartz Involves

A kitchen remodel is the most scope-intensive project we handle, because it brings together cabinet assembly, countertop fabrication, backsplash installation, and trade coordination under a single project managed by one company. What makes the King of Quartz model distinct is that the cabinet assembly and the countertop fabrication both happen at our Hallandale Beach facility, coordinated around the same approved project dimensions. The cabinet team and the stone fabrication team are two disciplines operating under the same roof, which means the fit between the countertop surface and the cabinet face is resolved before installation day rather than adjusted during it.
The process begins with a free in-home consultation where we assess the existing kitchen, discuss the full scope, and give you a realistic picture of what the project will cost before anything is committed. After the consultation, our in-house designer produces a full 3D rendering of the kitchen showing the cabinet layout, style, finish, countertop material, island configuration, and backsplash before a single cabinet is assembled or a single slab is cut. The design is approved before the project moves to build. Cabinet assembly and stone fabrication proceed concurrently at our Hallandale Beach facility, which keeps the project timeline tighter than a model where cabinet delivery and countertop fabrication are coordinated between two separate companies.
For plumbing, electrical, and tiling, we work with established, licensed trade partners who have completed many projects alongside our team. These are professionals who understand our project standards and our sequencing requirements. The kitchen renovation moves through its phases without the buyer needing to coordinate multiple contractors independently.

What Buyers Typically Consider in a Kitchen Remodel

The cabinet style and the countertop material are the two decisions that define the visual character of a finished kitchen, and they are best made together rather than sequentially. A Shaker cabinet in white with a quartzite countertop produces a very different kitchen from the same Shaker profile in a stained wood-grain finish paired with a dark granite. The 3D design phase is specifically where these decisions are tested against each other visually before any material is committed.
Cabinet profile is the first design decision: Shaker for versatility across traditional and contemporary directions, Raised Panel for formal and Mediterranean-influenced interiors, Slab or flat panel for contemporary and luxury condo kitchens. Finish category is the second: painted finishes in white, gray, navy, sage, or charcoal; stained wood-grain in light through dark tones; matte or high-gloss in a range of colors. Countertop material follows: quartz for low-maintenance practicality, quartzite or marble for natural stone presence, granite for durability across a wide price range, porcelain for contemporary large-format applications.
The island, if present, is where the primary design statement is typically made. A waterfall edge island in a statement quartzite or marble positions the stone as the anchor of the kitchen’s design. A more practical approach uses the same material as the perimeter countertop with a standard edge profile and prep sink cutout, prioritizing function over visual statement.

What does a full kitchen remodeling project with King of Quartz include?

A full kitchen remodel coordinated by King of Quartz includes cabinet assembly, countertop fabrication, and backsplash installation, all handled in-house at our Hallandale Beach facility, plus licensed trade partner coordination for plumbing, electrical, and tiling. The project begins with a free in-home consultation and a full 3D design approval before any assembly or fabrication begins. For detail on the full process, see our kitchen remodeling page.

After the in-home consultation, our in-house designer creates a full 3D rendering of your kitchen showing the cabinet layout, style and finish, countertop material, island configuration, and backsplash before any cabinet is assembled or any stone is cut. You review and approve the design on screen. Changes happen in the design phase rather than after installation. The project does not move to assembly or fabrication until you have approved the 3D design.

Each project card links to a Design Specification page that breaks down the full design: material or stone appearance, cabinet profile and finish, island configuration, backsplash type, and layout. The Design Specification page also includes a Build Your Version section explaining how to adapt the design to your own space, material preference, or budget. These pages are published as confirmed project photography and details become available.

King of Quartz is a fabrication operation first. The cabinet assembly and countertop fabrication both happen in-house at our Hallandale Beach facility, which means both components are built to the same approved project dimensions under one operation. A general contractor typically coordinates a cabinet supplier and a stone fabricator as two separate companies, with the fit between them resolved on installation day. Our in-house model eliminates that coordination gap.
