How a Project Works
We come to your space and measure on-site, confirm edge profile and cutout requirements, and give you a straight estimate based on actual dimensions. No charge, no obligation.
Once you have approved your estimate, you select your material at our Hallandale Beach showroom. For natural stone, we strongly recommend selecting from a full slab rather than a sample.
Your countertops are cut, edged, and finished at our facility by our own team, then installed in a single visit. Old countertop removal is included at no additional charge.

How long does countertop fabrication and installation take?
Most residential countertop projects are complete within 5 to 7 business days from the time we template your space. That covers the full fabrication process at our Hallandale Beach facility and installation at your home. We will let you know upfront if your specific material or project scope changes that timeline.
How much do countertops cost in South Florida?
Entry-level quartz runs $40 to $55 per square foot installed. Standard and popular quartz patterns run $55 to $85 per square foot installed. Designer and premium materials, including Calacatta, Statuario, and top Cambria or Caesarstone patterns, run $85 to $150 per square foot installed. Exact pricing depends on the material, your square footage, edge profile, and any cutouts. For an accurate number, call us or send photos of your space and we will give you a straight estimate after seeing the job.
What is the difference between quartz and quartzite?
Quartz is an engineered stone made from natural quartz crystals combined with resins. It is non-porous, consistent in color and pattern, and requires no sealing. Quartzite is a natural stone formed from sandstone under heat and pressure. It is harder than most materials, highly heat-resistant, and has natural veining that buyers often associate with marble, without marble’s porosity. They are different materials with different maintenance requirements. The right choice depends on how you use the space.
Do you remove existing countertops as part of the installation?
Yes. Old countertop removal and haul-away is included in every King of Quartz installation at no additional charge. Our team removes what is there and clears it before the new countertops go in.
Do you work in condos and buildings with HOA rules?
Yes. We have been doing condo and high-rise installations across South Florida for over 20 years. We are experienced with freight elevator windows, building access coordination, and HOA documentation requirements.
